John Blair graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 1979.  Mr. Blair went on to attend the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1982.  Mr. Blair has been licensed to practice law in Arkansas and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas since 1982.  Mr. Blair is also licensed in the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
